Semi-Flush Beaded Chain Ceiling Light. Vintage Glass. New Custom-Made Fixture

$ 289.99

The semi-flush triple-beaded chain ceiling light fixture emerged with its earliest iterations in the 1920s through the 1940s. The beaded chain fixtures of this period featured bold patterns and almost always had enameled finishes in pinks, blues, greens, whites, bisque colors, or etched glass.

The light features a custom-made powder-coated fixture. The shade has a white enamel finish with a repetitive floral pattern. The light fixture has been cleaned and detailed. It includes mounting hardware for convenient installation.

Measurements: The fixture measures 10 inches wide and 8 inches max height. The height can be adjusted a bit by setting the ball length on the ceiling side of the chain and then snipping off the excess beaded chain.

Condition: The fixture features a new porcelain socket, wires, wire sheathing, mounting bracket, brass thumb nuts, brass beaded chain, an antique white powder-coated finish, and installation hardware. The glass is in vintage condition and shows its antiquity with several pinholes in the white frosted glass finish, a small stain on the bottom of the shade, and a small chip on the top outside edge of the glass.

Electrical: The fixture uses a standard medium base bulb. Use a 60-watt bulb. Suitable for dry locations. The fixture is custom and, therefore, is not U.L. Listed.
